BAD SERVICE

am so angry I bought an air cooler and it came without a remote control, when I sent an email I did not get a response than i sent a WhatsApp message. I was told that it doesn't come with a remote yet on the Manual it said a remote is supposed to be there where I will switch it on and off. Am really ****ed and upset as I don't know what to do with it since I can't switch it on.
