Bad quality Products

I ordered an airfryer from them, when I received it I was totally unimpressed with the quality. It looks like a car has driven over it and it was put back together. I have sent an email to query how I can return and get a refund on Friday last week, the only reply I get from them is that they have 48 hours to respond, and I am sure we have surpassed the 48 hours because it is friday again.
