bad online sales site- be careful

I bought stuff which arrived on 29 Nov 23 which was damaged and I sent pics to them and the guy agreed that it was damaged goods . He said he will speak to the admin & get back to me but it is now going on 3 months not heard from them. I sent them numerous messages but no response.
