bad experience

I ordered from One Deal A Day on the 30 August, and I had to remind them last week Thursday about my order, they responded about courier that keeps breaking the mirrors, I sent them a WhatsApp, again today the 17th of September now they don't come back to me regarding my order. I trusted them since it is not the first, I'm order with them I'm now disappointed because my messaged are ignored, this unacceptable
