Bad experience

I bought two items online on the 16th September and I haven't received any updates on my order. I have sent emails, messages and WhatsApp and I don't get any positive response. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends and family. I want my orders or my money back. To this date I haven't got any response from them. I received the order number after paying but I'm not receiving my orders.
