Bad customer service

I was very disappointed with this supplier. I placed an order. When I tried paying with my credit card, it kept giving me a problem so eventually I paid by EFT. I sent my proof of payment asking for confirmation that my payment was received. There was never any response to my emails or website enquiries - at all. A week later, still no response to any of my emails. I login to my account and see the order has now been processed but still no tracking number given, although they provide the courier service contact number. But without tracking number they can't help you. I like to have responses to my enquiries, as I think that it's just common courtesy, so I won't be purchasing from them again. Far too frustrating for me. I'd rather spent my hard-earned money with companies that communicate with me and give my orders attention.
