Bad customer service and item stocking

Late delivery. Bad customer support.

Ordered a facial steamer. It didn't have one of the components, all components were listed onbthe information sheet upon delivery in the box. Customer support said that the supplier from China doesn't stock that component to the fulll package anymore (so its not there problem). Responses were about a month later saying that a refund may occur once i send back the item at my own cost. Lol! What a waste of a company and service delivery. Pathetic.
