Bad Customer Service

Can not get hold of them on their email and this is the second time :-( Bought a Wearfit Watch (2) and 1 does not work. Ordered on 18/11 Inv 294633 and no delivery ? Why must i come to Hello Peter to contact them ?? I am now totally over ordering from them x
