bad communication or lack there of

I am massively disappointed with one deal a day i bought and paid for : Set of Two: Multi-Functional Cleaner PROMO: Wireless Vacuum Robot On the 27th January , I queried this on the what's app page on the 30th , all of the sudden i received a invoice dated 30 January. Today i been following up endlessly on delivery no reply no feed back
