Bad bad bad service.

I bought a few items. One of the items did not work. I have spent 3 weeks following their protocol to get the item replaced / or refunded. They have no contact details of a person to speak to. You email You WhatsApp And repeat. And they flat ignore you. I have no idea how to resolve the matter as they are a black hole of no communication. The marketing WhatsApp person promised a supervisor would contact me….
