I bought a smart watch for my son in March, the watch came without a code, which means that I am unable to get the app, track my son, set the date and time, which makes the watch is useless. I asked to return the watch or get the code in March already, we are in June and till today I am still waiting , they ' come every Monday to collect the watch' but no one shows up to do the actual collection 😡🤬
