Bad After Sales Service

Pathetic service from Mimi in their Customer Support Team (***). I bought FOUR of the same items. They were delivered 12 days later (weekends included). One was faulty. I asked for a replacement. Eight days later and still no reply to my 4 emails sent as to when they will collect the faulty ONE. I had to send a message to their Whatsapp Sales number for them to get Mimi to reply to me. And then too, she does not answer as to when the faulty product will be collected and replaced. She did mention they will have to Collect the product, then test it before sending the replacement. So who knows by when i will receive the replacement. Very bad after sales service. [Order 448965].
