Appalling Service

On 9 March 2021, I sent an email to One Deal a Day requesting a refund for the product that I had ordered from them. As the product did not work properly,nor did it live up to its description on the website. After sending the email, I received an automated response which stated that I will get a response within 48-72 hours of sending the request for a refund. It is NOW the 21 March 2021, and I have not received a single response from the One Deal a Day team as to whether or not I can return the product for refund . It is quite evident that they do not prioritize customer service, and I will think twice before purchasing from them in the near future.
