APPALLING AFTER SALES SERVICE

Be very cautious when ordering anything from this company . I ordered a light for my mirror -It arrived with one light bulb faulty not to mention it looked exceptionally cheap . I mailed them .They asked that I return this at my own expense ??? I mean they delivered a faulty unit and I must now send it back at my expense. I demand a refund and they must collect this unit.
