Another One Deal A Day ****

I ordered a mobile TV stand from One Deal A Day. When it arrived I immediately realized it was too large to fit the available area. Specifications were not given on the ad, so I had had to take a chance. I emailed *** the same day requesting a return. I have since sent four further emails to that address and to *** (the address in their Ts&Cs) without response., even though they clain all emails are responded to within 48 hours. That unfortunately is clearly a lie! The last time I experienced this kind of situation was shortly before the company went insolvent and they didnt want to refund the money. So all I can say is watch this space and NEVER purchase from them if there is the remotest possibility of wanting to return the product.
