Almost no way to return an item if you are not happy with it

I ordered a 40000mah powerbank. Apparently there were only 5 left when I ordered. When I checked later there was more than 5 left, so they are definately lying with those numbers. Try to return that item! When you order, you pay R75 for delivery. When you are not happy with the product and you want to return it, it will cost you another R75 to get it to them. That means if a product was falsely advertised, you will sit with the problem! You will instantly lose R150. That means One Deal a Day can falsely advertise cheaper products because no one in their right mind will want to lose R150 on a product you bought for almost the same amount. You will rather keep the bad product. So, in my case, I am also keeping the bad product BUT I will not order from them again. Businesses like this only last for a while. Another thing they do when you want to return an item, you must send a video of the item that is broken!!! Who said the item is broken? How do you send a video of an item that charges your phone so slow that it almost takes the whole day? I want to tell people not to buy from them.
