Aftersale Service is non-existent !!

I ordered an Outdoor Firepit that requires oneself to assemble from One Deal A Day. .

I had opened up the package to find that some of the parts were damaged, some of the parts were missing and upon assembling the products some did not have the correct mounting.

I tried contacting One Deal A Day via their website, via their email address and via their Whatsapp channel to resolve this problem ASAP but the after sale service is non-existent.

I would not recommend them as I have a faulty product that cost me over R4000,00.
