ACCEPTING ORDERS AND PAYMENT WHILE THEY DONT HAVE STOCK, IGNORE REFUNDS REQUEST THEREAFTER !!! BAD SERVICE !!!

Order no. 979499 I bought 4 shelves on the 31st August 2026 on their website, payment also went through immediately. I send them proof of payment. Then while waiting for my order to be dispatched with no acknowledgement of my payment received 4 days later I get a WhatsApp message that their out of stock through order went through on their website and they accepted payment also. I then requested that I get REFUNDED imagine I get told I have to wait for my message to be responded to within 72 hours then wait another 21 working days for my refund to me approved MEANING I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE MONTH TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THEM NOT HAVING PHYSICAL STOCK THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY ACCEPT ORDERS AND PAYMENTS TO GO THROUGH...I CALL THAT ****MING CUSTOMERS.

I CANNOT BE PANELIZED for your pathetic service you render to customers ... Refund me !!!
