Absolutely useless, no interest in assist their customers

Absolutely useless to deal with. Second time I had a query with them. It seems that whomever runs their customer support team has zero interest in helping or resolving customer issues. Days go past without getting a response, and when you do get a response it is to simply ask a question which has already been answered previously, then more days of no response.
