Abo****ely Terrible

I recently placed an order online and recieved the items within the expected delivery period which was great. Upon Arrival and inspecting the items my toolbox was completely open with all tools loose,You can see courier service not caring about any of your parcels even if there is damageable items inside. The tools are as of bad quality when loosening a door hinge the ***** driver broke. I immediately contacted the aftersales department and i am still waiting for their response which has now take 4 days to get back to me and even to view my case. This is totally unacceptable and i would not reccomend purchasing from them as they terriby lack aftersales services.
