360 camera IP wifi not powering on
I bought a Jovitan camera 360 wifi IP, it only worked for few minutes while I was busy configuring the setting to pair it with wifi then it died just like that, what I'm receiving are automated 24 to 48hrs reply, no help at all. I'm also struggling to get help from these people, I was excited for *****.

22 Apr 2022, 20:06I went to the branch in 119 Booysens Reserve Rd, Theta, Johannesburg South, 2091 to complain about the broken Jovitan 360 camera, I received help immediately without any hassle and also the product was replaced with a new one.Im happy with the service I received, I'm looking forward to the configuration and camera installation.
