29 Business days to deliver?

On 20 January 2025, I placed an order for Asad Black 100ml, via the WhatsApp channel I usually use, but they never finalised the order. Upon inquiring on the 21st, no response. 23rd January I was finally sent a link to make a payment. Delivery is to take around 10 days as per their message. I only got a message 31 January that my payment was cleared (8 days later).

7 February 2025, still no word from them or delivery (20 days later). After sending them a message I get a reply on 8 February "Hi there. Hope all is well" and I advise it is not and the consultant apologises for the delay, acknowledging the delay but nothing further.

20 February, I again follow up, providing my order number...nothing.

The next day I'm advised the order was sent.

29 business days to deliver my order. Had I not followed up, I'd probably still not have my order. Absolutely absurd!
