Onesure failure to pay on insured items

We insured our trucking fleet with Onesure including additional items. When we had a claim we were told they cannot pay us for the additional insured items yet we had paid for it in our premiums.

Upon cancelling this contract, they continued to debit our account for a futher month and did no refund this additional premium.

Would not recommend such insurance comany. They are quick to collect premiums but come up with a myriad of excuses when its claim stage. Big & bullish with very poor claim reimbur*****ts.
