Bad service from a car insurance

I was involved in an accident on the 23rd of September 2018.i didn't have car insurance,but the other person who caused the accident is insured with onesure and claimed for 3rd party so that my car could be fixed.i made several calls to onesure to find out what they need from me as the 3rd party,but I was given some lawyers number as they do not deal with 3rd party claims.i was given the contacts for Tau assessors.after making several communication with Tau assessors without any help,they finally forwarded my claim to idirect, who apparently is the one that is supposed to handle my claim.i received an email to send all my particulars for the claim in December 2018,till today I haven't received any communication from them.when i call onesure ,they refer me back to idirect,but idirect does not answer my emails or calls.the insured has tried several times to speak to his broker from onesure without any luck.
