Unauthorised Debits from Bank Account

I recently discovered that One Call Direct has been sneakily debiting 'undetectable' amounts from my bank account since October 2014, with different reference numbers each time! <br> <br> They always take R99 from my account, sometimes even twice a month because they know that FNB does not notify its customers of any transaction below R100! To date they have ****** R 1, 289 in total from my account! <br> <br> I have seen so many similar complaints about these insurance brokers on Hellopeter I don't understand why the Insurance Ombudsman doesn't shut them down!! <br> <br> What is one meant to do when something like this happens???
