****s : Unauthorised debit order

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Talent from this insurance broker called me to do a quote for car insurance with Miway which i accepted due to a lower premium befor we disconnected the call someone was going to call me to comnfirm the details. When i received that call we picked up that the quotation we made was from a different arrear from where i live. The consultant then made a quotation for Budget and confirm the initian debit amount which i accepted ,. On the 20/02/2017 debit order for Budget went through then there is another R750 debited by this insurance broker and when i call them to reverse my money they saying it an Admin fee that is non refundable and i was not told about when i took the Budget insurance . A consultant called on 27/02/2017 advising they have listened to call andi am liable and with the information i have provided to her got her confussed and clearly confirms no one listened to the second call.She than promised Talent was going to call and i'm still waiting for the call .I would like to have my money returned into my account.</p>
