One Call SA Unauthorized debit

I do not know what the problem is with these insurance companies, this is the second company that has debited my account without authority. I am not a policy holder with their company and after the debit of R750, and my calls to their office and emails to '***' and '***' they have yet to even reply to me. The problem we are facing is that these insurance companies just do as they please, with South African pockets getting smaller and smaller we now have to bankroll these corporates with the little we have. Totally unexceptionable with no responsibility or consideration of money and time it takes to get back what was effectively ****** electronically.
