No refund of R750 even though i chose not their overpriced insurance

In a rushed stated i asked my car dealership to procure a broker for me. They tasked this company. What a load of ********** unetical rogues. Tye get nme 4 quotes and tell me budget is the cheapest. they then ask for my bank details to remove R750 from my bank account. what they call brokers fee for something that took them two minutes to punch in the computer.

When i found a cheaper quote the next day i asked for a refund of the broker fee as i found a cheaper company, they stated this cannot be done. please stay far away from these rogues. ******** of note. Im with FNB insurance brokers in durban and what class and what a great price. To top this off they blocked my reversal of this amount with the bak so i could ask the bank to reverse this transaction. Anyways im taking this up with the CPA and ombudsman.
