Mislead by the insurance

I purchased a vehicle at Toyota dealership during September 2020. I was linked with the Affinity insurance. I was suprised by two debit orders from my bank account on the 15/10/2020, I requested the bank to make the reversal. After the reversal the so called One call insurance brokers *** Rozaan Robbetse started calling and insisted that I owe them once off payment of R750 and they should deduct from my account. I didn't enter into any agreement with the One call insurance brokers felt mislead by the Affinity insurance. Please help.
