Live Chat agent refuses to cancel policy

Huge hike in premium this year for my car insurance so I decided to cancel. Their website tells us to cancel via Live Chat so that's what I tried to do. Came across the most obstructive agent one could imagine. He didn’t want to cancel my policy. In fact he **** and said he couldn’t do it via Live Chat. He told me to phone and when I told him I was on holiday he told me to write a letter! But half an hour later after I threatened to go public, he was able, miraculously, to cancel my policy after all!!! Don't give them your money. You'll be trapped forever!!
