Debitting my bank account without acknowledgement

My bank account has been debited with an amount of R299.00 without me agreeing or signing any contract. I've never heard of a company called \One-Call-Direct"and they nicely just deducted money without my consent. Please could I have my money credited with immediate effect and not a few business days later"
