Continued Unauthorised Debit Orders

Two weeks ago, I purchased a new vehicle and dealer arranged One Call Insurance Brokers to contact me.
After accepting their quote, I was immediately debited with R750.00 of which I did not know what this for as I found this excessive for a broker fee since they also have a built in 12.5% fee built into the monthly insurance.

After querying this with First Call, of which you can only get through to their call centre, I was informed that I had agreed to this fee telephonically. Not realizing that I had, I then realized I had no option, however, I did realize their agents have been trained very well as you had no idea you have agreed to this.

A week later I received a notification that an additional R750 had failed as a debit order. I immediately contacted First Call as did my mother and they assured me it was a mistake and they were not trying to take an additional R750 debit, however, today, Saturday, they did take a further R750 out of my account, needless to say I cannot contact anyone as it is a weekend.

I request an immediate refund of the R750.00 and a signed agreement that no further fees will be debited as I am cancelling my agreement.
Derek
Kemp
