I have noticed debits going off my account with with an entry referencing One Call. I have had 2 debits go off my account thus far and I do not even know of this company. This is *****! Please can I have more information from anyone else who may have had this happen to them as I would like to take this further with the relevant authorities.

We refer to our telephonic conversation on even date and confirm that One Call Insurance Brokers is not debiting your account for the amount of R99.00 monthly.
We have experienced isolated cases of such complaints in the past and have been unsuccessful in locating the company who is **********ly deducting under One Call Insurance Brokers name.
We can further confirm that the debits are being processed by Naedo who is a 3rd party company contracted to process the debits on behalf of companies and we currently do not make use of the services of Naedo.
