Broker Looking Out For Their Own Interests

On the 22nd of October 2014 I received an email from Roxeanne Viljoen of Affinity Underwriting Managers stating that my insurance policy with King Price Insurers has been terminated and that I was now a client of Affinity Underwriting Managers and New National Assurance. I was never consulted by my insurance broker prior to this decision. On 17 May 2015 I was involved in a car accident and my car was written off. 6 Weeks later New National unfairly rejected my claim and also stole parts from my car. <br> <br> I fail to understand why One Call Insurance Brokers would move their clients to an insurer that had a whopping 43.87% overturn rate in 2013. For them to continue keeping their clients with an insurer that had the highest number of complaints received per 1000 in 2014 is truly a dis-service to their clients.
