Bad service

<p>I have had the worst experience with this company if anything avoid them,the consultants hang up on you the managers are rude, i had called in to take one of there products before the inception date i cancelled and advised im not interested as they tried debiting my account before the inception date nobody could explain why they did this when i enquired how they would resolve this situation i was hung up on and given the run around, once everythin was confirmed and cancellation emails and sms sent to me and be assured i would not be debited they tried debiting my account 3 times, resulting in bank charges and when asking for explaination no one once again could explain, i have been blown off and treated unafairly if anythin one of the worse companies iv ever encounted, till today i wait for feedback andfits 1 month later</p>
