Useless service

I took my Arabian mare there a few months ago as she had a severe laceration on her leg and the stables vet said I needed to take her to Onderstepoort. Well, I took her there for sonar and checkup and had to pay R5000 to have them release her again so I can take her home, also paid upfront for testing to be done at the lab but had absolutely no feedback whatsoever. I have called numerous times, whatsapped continuously but no answer from the attending vets. They have given me no advice on what to do next and it has been 2 months. My mare's leg is still sore and swollen and I have no clue on what the prognosis is or what treatment she needs, information that I had paid for!!! Useless, will never recommend them to anyone ever again. Typical government mentality. Take all your money but providing no service.
