Unhelpfull Emergency Numbers/Staff

<p> I tried calling the Emrgency number as given on Onderstepoort Veterinary Hospital for my dog that has a hernia, was distressed and threw up alot. I ended up speaking to a lady that works at the bird department, telling me I have the wrong number. She then did provide me with two numbers for the dog department and then hung up the phone, which I find to be very unprofessional. I called the two numbers almost 3 to 4 times. The line was busy the whole time. I called from 22:07 until 22:41 and in between this time both of your numbers are "busy". I think you should remove yourself from the name Emergency Hospital to just a normal day hospital as you are unhelpfull. I wouldn't recommed you for anyone having a pet. </p>
