Onderstepoort does not answer their telephone calls, none of their departments for that matter, almost impossible to reach them by phone these days, all departments leave automated voice recordings, which they never respond to especially now the case with the Genetic Lab, still waiting for a call back from them. Send endless e-mails to them no response, what is going on with Onderstepoort, do they need new management I wonder or should they just close down??? They are definitely not affordable any more, I get better service from the private sector veterinarian professors than I do from taking my horses to students!!!!
