Don't think anyone is working there

My dog passed in front of my bed on 16 January 2019, I took her to Onderstepoort Veterinary Hospital for an autopsy, paid with my banking card on the same day. Currently one year and six months later I still receive invoices for exactly the same amount I have paid with my card. I called them, emailed them with the proof of payment and yet still I receive the invoices every month.
