Unprofessional and Unhelpful Agent at Onderberg Properties

I’ve had a consistently negative experience dealing with an agent from Onderberg Properties. Communication has been impersonal and often dismissive - basic courtesy like greetings over text usually ignored. When I’ve raised concerns or reported issues, they were not taken seriously. It is unacceptable for clients to feel unheard by a real estate company.
