OnDemand Shopping ignoring my request for refund

For the first time in my life i decided to buy online as i could not find the specific pots anywhere else except to buy online. On the 6th of September I purchase Berlinger haus pots marble coating 15 set colour: black burgundy mettalic line, that cost R2598 including R99 of door to door delivery on OnDemand-shopping 0nline store. On the 10th I received a tracking number for my order and they did delivere on the 11th, only to find out its not the colour I ordered, hence i specified in their instructions box of what I want and did add the right order in their cart before purchasing. Told them it's the wrong colour, then they collected the pots the following day. Uptodate 26 September i haven't received my order, I have sent OnDemand countless emails, whatsapp and messages with no reply. I went to their Facebook page yesterday compaining and asking for a refund only to find out later that they erased all my messages. I need help of how to get my money back Please. .
