Poor service

I too ordered a product from Once Off Deals on the same day (24 November) as the previous reviewer. To date I have had no communication from the company, other than the receipt and confirmation email of my order I received on the 24th. I noticed that the payment receipt was from On Trek Traders and the confirmation of my order was from Air. I have sent several emails to the company’s support email address, but only receive back an automated email which lands in my Junk mailbox everytime. The item I ordered is suppose to be a Christmas gift. So, I am really disappointed. This is poor service!
