RETURN OF GARMENTS
Once More's client service is amazing from their online experience to their return policy. I bought a jacket online from Once More and as I used it for the first time I saw that the binding was fraying and planned to return the jacket. I received an email from Kirsten letting me know that I am welcome to donate the jacket to someone in need and that they would refund me plus 25% (which was done on the same day) as well. Thank you so much, Once More, of also taking the impact of your courier service on the natural environment and trying to minimize it.
