Avoid this place at all cost.
Once in Cape Town is very unsafe. Two people have been hospitalised during my stay of three months, because they slipped in the bathroom. The pipes are broken, the bathrooms got flooded and the owners are not investing in essential repairs. One of the guys had to be flown to Europe for surgery. Also the defective wiring leads to short circuits and makes the light bulbs pop. Only half of them are replaced and it is a very dangerous fire hazard. The cleanliness is terrible and complaints get ignored. The hot water, the wifi, the kitchen... everything is permanently out of order and barely usable. Three people I know have been asked to leave upon too many complaints.

The management is terrible, they smile and nod but ignore all concerns. I am surprised they didn't get sued yet.
