The so called Supervisor by the name of Cecilia is worst than the operator who calls herself Nadia. Onalds himself is never available. I needed a part for a Samsung fridge. Gave the model number of the fridge and begged for the part after being promised that it will be available in 2 days. 2 weeks down and still don’t have my part.
