Pathetic service and bad attitude

In a period of 6 months my refrigerator has packed up 3 times and onalds was called to fix it. Onalds gives you 3 month guarantee on all repairs done but when they were called the 3rd time to come and check the fridge they refused to come unless we paid another call out fee. Despite onalds promises to come on numerous occasions and the service manageress screaming at us over the phone. We called another repairer who came an hour after we called and checked the fridge and showed us that onald had not done what he should have done. Makes me believe that onald only fixed the fridge so that it would only last 3 months and we would have to call them again ....******!!!
