Bad Attitude

This company has the worst business practices I have ever seen. And then to top it off they have a very snotty lady who deals with you on the phone and ignores any questions that don't concern how their account has to be paid before they will send someone out. I don't pay my doctor in advance I certainly won't pay in advance to have my tumble dryer fixed.<br> <br> Samsung really need to check what suppliers they partner with.
