An Agent by the name of MUSA INKOMO from OnAir sold me the Dstv stream R99 package, Musa Inkome misled me by making empty promises about the product, He explained the product includes Catch up for movies, Supersport, Showmax and a couple of channels and I dont even have to be a dstv customer for this package, I purchased the package only to find out I should sign up with Multi choice for a dstv package so that I can receive channels, Im paying R99 just for a decoder with no subscription, I have been contacting customer support from OnAir and Dstv since friday without any help, it has been 5 days now and I spoke to over 10 people already without assistance. Every employee from OnAir and Dstv is saying they cannot assist me, and when I want to cancel they charge me R350 for cancelations, I feel like I was a quick way for them to get money and now that they took my money they dont care to assit me in anyway
