WRONGULLY LISTED ON TEH CREDIT BUREAU:

I have had endless problems with ON AIR since I opened the account. Firstly the contract was not disclosed correct and then immediately I got listed as in arrears after my first debit order went off in June. I sent numerous emails and calls since June and it was then resolved only end Sept, then this month they list me again as in arrears for Sept. I have sent all relevant documents to show that it was a fault on ON AIR side but nothing gets done. This is ridiculous. My credit record gets affected negatively because of ON AIRs incorrect information.
