Wrongfully Listed on Credit Bureau Without Contract

I warn everyone to stay away from this company if you want to protect your credit status. They phoned my husband and agreed on the installment of R99 and continued to debit him ,later on they mixed up his and my details and now they debit him still and yet as put my name in arreas when i don't even have any contract with them. They failed to provide proof of the mandate or any contract with me and still their company shows in my credit status as being in arreas and they cannot even fix their admin with the whole mix up. Very disappointed in this company and will never use it or recommend to friends or family
